Very arcaic process to pick colour, frustrating.
“Love the wig but hard to pick colours with those little colour patches. One of the most important decisions snd made hardest for the client. My wig is too dark. Wanted mainly platinum as my colour is very light so need something close. Sandy mink way too dark for my colouring. When we tap a colour that colour shd be seen then on the model modelling the wig. It shd change with every choice so we can clearly see what we like and what we are buying. Returning is a hassle. Don’t like the process. Find it’s not helpful. Thank you”
